I am a 55 year old male in generally good health. Biggest health issue is how to stay physically active enough to avoid creeping weight gain. Work/life balance is tough to come by in a sedentary "knowledge work" economy. I am now experiencing the wonders of implant dentistry, a result of having recently lost two teeth that finally gave in about ten years after each having a root canal. I am interested in the most efficient regimens that can help thwart conditions brought on by aging, and would welcome any objective or personal experiences about yoga, tai chi, or martial arts. I live in the Northeastern U.S.
