Im a male 20years old, i used a cosmetic product on my skin to get raid of my acne, blemish and other dark patches on my face. After using the product for a while my face is really bleeched, kind of redend and irritated. What should i do?

My GP diagnosed me with contact dermatitis on my hands. She said I'd have to find out what I was touching that was causing the irritation, as well as giving me some cream for it. Over the past few months I've periodically tried phasing out everything I thought it could be; shampoo, shower gel, soap, washing up liquid and I'm still drawing a blank. Interestingly when I went travelling around mainland Europe this summer my skin went back to normal, so it's something here in the UK. Any ideas?

About 3 months ago I got a very bad sunburn on my upper arm. When i got it it looked like a real burn. Ever since then the spot where the burn was has turned whiter than the rest of my skin and has gotten freckles. what is it and will it go away?
